Stromboli is a big, powerful, 4 year old (ish) necking donkey gelding (or John) who knows his job! He is super friendly and wants to be around people, he’s a busy bee! The problem is I bought him as a companion for our other donkey who is NOT A FAN of him at all, and Stromboli has been sweet and left him alone. We have no more calves and the colts I halter break myself, so Stromboli is currently unemployed. When I bought him, I was told he was broke to ride, and even watched him leadline a child around, but I haven’t really needed to ride him lol!... (read more) He is easy to catch and loads well, and will drag just about anything you hook him up to. (I did use him to drag some stubborn ponies along and he couldn’t care less that they were attached to him lol.
He’s really a great, low maintenance donkey, he just hasn’t fit in here like I hoped. Please feel free to message or call for any information about him. He will be your very best friend over a single cookie haha.
