23yr old Black Tennessee Walking Horse “ A Little Bit of Poison” 14.3hhs, has extensive show record in her younger days, then went on to the trails and brood mare. Had a pretty black colt weaned off her last year and is still open, tho I’d say her brood mare days are done as the last colt drug her down some. She is still great for trails with a wonderful smooth pace and rack, she does have plenty of go so an advanced beginner rider and up would enjoy her.... (read more) Not spooky, I’ve used her for checking fence and snare traps and hang hides off her, rides down the road, fine with traffic, doesn’t care if she rides alone or with a group. She is about %85 blind in her left eye but does not affect her at all! Saddles up great, ties, loads, bathes, stands for farrier. Poison is a trusting, sweet mare with plenty of life left in her to enjoy.
