Lollipop is your been there, done that, confidence building babysitter. She is a 10 year old Paint Haflinger Mare who stands a very stout 14.3hh. Lollipop is a super sweet, in your pocket girl who loves people and attention. She has lovely ground manners and stands great for the farrier. She is an extremely laid back horse who is safe, safe, safe for any level, age or sized rider. Lollipop has been ridden English, western, bareback and double by inexperienced children and adults.... (read more) She has been used to give therapeutic riding lessons, take out total beginners on trail rides, pony nervous children off of as well as being trailered out to different festivals and events to do pony rides. She has a lovely disposition and a very quiet nature. Lollipop is well broke to ride walk, jog, canter. She comes equipped with some extremely comfortable and steady gaits. She is an excellent candidate to learn how to ride bareback as she is super smooth and balanced. She knows both canter leads and has excellent breaks. Whether you ride her inside of an arena, down a busy road, in open fields or through the river Lollipop is very level headed and will rarely ever spook. She has been exposed to everything from barking dogs to kayakers paddling next to us, four wheelers roaring on by and wildlife popping out. Lollipop is a solid citizen who knows how to take excellent care of her person. She would make an excellent addition to any lesson program or therapeutic riding facility given her kind & gentle demeanor.
