Sampson is a big Belgian gelding. He's just 12 years old and seeking a new opportunity. He can be ridden lightly but can't be ridden hard (like a 5-hour ride in the mountains). He is sound at the walk, trot, and canter. I've owned him (and Rosie who's also posted on Craig's List) for 2 months, and he's still packing on the pounds. His teeth have been floated, and he's been shod on the front and trimmed on the back.... (read more) I de-wormed him with 2 tubes of Zimectrin Gold on Aug 1, 2023. He stands at about 17.2 hands and is a good looking guy, but he could still gain a little more weight to be at his finest. He would be a great asset to someone looking for a pasture mate for their horse or light trail riding.
