Salsa is a lovely pony with quality gaits and jumps. She was in a breeding program for the first part of her life and was not even halter broke until she was 13. So, she is incredibly trainable and has very low mileage for her age. Salsa was started by a professional four years ago who evented with her through Beginner Novice (2'7") and has been ridden by a teen for the last three years who has also competed through BN and has jumped her over 0.... (read more) 9m. She has quality gaits that score well in dressage but could also do very well in hunters. She will do well continuing in eventing, jumpers, hunters, dressage, or just being a good partner for any adventures. Salsa can take a joke and will jump from any distance. She does her have own motor, so would not be ideal for a timid beginner, but she would be fantastic for Pony Jumpers. Salsa is incredibly sweet with absolutely no kick or bite. She straight ties and cross ties and loads/hauls well. Because she wasn't handled for a large part of her life, she is a little shy, but very easy to handle. She is an easy keeper, has fantastic feet and requires no maintenance. Lots of pictures and videos available.
