The Eagles Rest is a training, boarding & breeding facility for rent for this up coming season. The Ranch sits on 110 acres with green pastures, lots of shaded trees and is located in a very private location. The main barn is 24 stalls and I am very flexible and willing to split the barn in half making it 12 stalls on each side if needed (maybe share the expenses with a friend) There is also a breeding building on the property with 8 stalls, wash rack, and a lab/office that is also available for rent (call for pricing) The facility has a 2 bedroom 1 full bath apartment in barn, 2 wash racks, 2 grooming stalls, 2 tack rooms, washer & dryer, full bath in barn, large feeding room, 150 x 300 riding arena natural footing, 60 foot round pen, 6 large turnouts, 2- 1 acre turnouts, riding trails on and off property, trailer parking, car parking lot, remote gated entrance & 3- full RV hook up spots next to Barn.... The Eagles Rest Ranch is a boarding, and breeding facility for Hanoverian & Trakehner warmbloods located in Hernando Florida. Our breeding program is based on producing top quality offspring that have excellent temperaments, great rideability and wonderful conformation. Our goal is to produce horses that are amateur friendly but with enough talent for the professional
