HART was founded in 2011 when Hidden Acres Equestrian Center teamed up with Florida Thoroughbred Retirement and Adoptive Care (Florida TRAC). We are a foster facility for retiring OTTBs, many of which sometimes face lonely, unproductive, or even unthinkable lives after retiring from racing.
