We try to bred a good and sound Quarter Horse, that will do anything...From ranch work to the rodeo pen. My grandfather ran the Murphy Ranch outside of Victoria, tx on 3200 ac. He's featured in the book called (Crying for Daylight). As a young man, I watch my grandfather and my dad ride, rope and work that ranch, a good quarter horse was always under him..So, to me it's a family tradition. We are trying to keep that alive..
