Rachel Quigley

Rachel Quigley, born in Plano, TX, has had a passion for horses and equestrian sport for her whole life. In her early life Rachel moved between TX, VT, CT and MA, learning from many influential trainers such as DeeDee Hopper, Frank Perla, Fred Hunt, Paul Vallier, Gabor Francia-Kiss and Bev Seymour. Building her career as a working student she learned and developed her way to becoming a known catch rider. Her skills lie mainly with bringing along green horses from their start to campaigning them through their show careers.... (read more) The combination of a solid training background and good work ethic from being a working student propelled her to the AA Hunter Jumper circuit. Some of the larger shows she competed in were the Capital Challenge, West Palm, Lake Placid, Saratoga, HITS and the Legacy Cup producing many championships. In recent years Rachel has returned to her true passion of training green horses and passing her wealth of accumulated knowledge of riding onto other young riders. Rachel has the most experience with hunter, jumper and equitation disciplines, but she is also well versed in Dressage style riding.
