In great shape, no leaks! Three horse trailer with living quarters. Gooseneck, shower, toilet, kitchen sink, (gas and electric) refrigerator with small freezer, furnace, microwave and stove top. Annual service this year included roof resealed, brakes checked-good, bearings greased, new tires. Walk through door to horse area. Emergency exit door in horse area. New mattress this year. Back collapsible tack room.
