Sadly, our 33 year-old mare has passed and we are selling her trailer.... (read more) We bought this trailer for its safety, versatility, and ease of use in 2002. This trailer has been carefully maintained and very gently used for local shows and occasional trips to the vet hospital. It is in excellent condition. Added features/upgrades include: Brenderup head divider; new tires; installed wireless interior Trailer Eyes camera; Trimax universal coupler lock with super chain; recent inertia brake adjustment; hookup wire converter for newer vehicles; and added hardware to prevent rear prop stands from accidentally engaging. Also included: Grease gun for Zerk fittings; complete 2” receiver and ball; hanging trailer grooming caddy; 2 adjustable trailer ties; 2 trailer hay bags; and 1 trailer corner feeder.

The Brenderup Royal TC is designed for horses to 17 hands. Brenderup horse trailers are unique because they can be towed safely by smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicles like crossovers, SUVs and small trucks. Any vehicle that will support a tongue weight of 175 lbs. and has an engine which develops a minimum of 120 horsepower (some 4-cylinder and all 6-cylinder vehicles) is considered a suitable towing vehicle for a Brenderup. These trailers are known for their ease of handling; smooth, quiet ride; lack of vibration or sway; and safe, cool interiors.
