Give your horse that awesome throatlatch that is seen in all the center ring win shots! The new "Neoprene" begins sweating immediately. The Polarfleece is a heavy weight that wicks the sweat off. If the neoprene gets against the horses neck the nylon backing ensures that there will be no scalding.
