Celeste Bergum is a certified horse trainer with 12 years of experience in training multiple breeds, specializing in thorough ground work, desensitization, colt starting, all around riding, trail training, liberty work, trick training and behavioral problems.

Taking training horses in for the public starting Spring 2022. Possibly as soon as May 1st depending on weather but for sure June 1st. Spots must be held with a deposit if you want a certain month or you’re welcome to ask a month in advance for availability or cancellations.... (read more) A current Coggins and updated vaccinations are required before the horse is allowed on the property. Spots fill fast and are already getting reserved for 2022. Also considering traveling to surrounding areas to train throughout this winter if there is an available area to ride in. Hour away at most from Wanamingo, MN. I will not drive in the cities or their suburbs.

Spirit Creek Arabians

We pride ourselves on the conformation and disposition of each horse we've bred. Creating athletic, family friendly, and all-around Arabian horses. Many of our homebred horses are currently competing on the Endurance circuit, gaming, and becoming wonderful trail mounts. Quite a few of our stock has also proved themselves to be sound minded enough to be wonderful youth mounts even fresh out of training.... (read more) We receive many, many compliments on the disposition of our Arabians. Our horses are handled since birth and given the age-appropriate training as needed, mainly being handled by our trainer. Our training methods revolve around putting their mind and body first. We usually have a handful of homebred horses available for sale each year as well as some projects.
