Olenas Keeper or Keeper is of the sweetest equine citizens around. He is a year old bay gelding approximately teen hands. Bred to the hilt this gorgeous bay grandson of the great Doc O Lena and Roan Star Bar has no vices is very quiet never spooks and has a darling puppy dog personality. He is perfect for the shoer and vet and loves to be caught in pasture. Keeper has been the perfect campaigner for children s camps and trail rides. This gelding would make the perfect lawn ornament.... (read more) He comes with his AQHA papers exercise and medical records. This gelding is up to date on his shoes teeth and vaccinations. Keeper does not stay sound due to an old injury to his pastern. He does best on oat hay pellets since he has had a few teeth pulled. He would be best suited as a lead line or companion horse. We are very sad to part with Keeper but we would love to see him get the retirement he deserves. All potial homes will be screened. We reserve the first right of refusal to ensure he does not end up at auction.
