Dug came into Longmeadow with numerous other equine. He hadn t been handled by people in the past and needed a lot of socializing. Dug has come a very long way since arriving at the ranch. He is very smart handsome and willing to learn. He needs time to complete his training. Dug seems like he will develop a strong bond with his adopter.Dug is very attached to his equine companions. We are requiring that he has a home where there is at least horse to be his friend.... (read more) As he ages and gains confidence Dug maybe able to be an horse but he needs the companionship to boost his confidence at this time.Update Dug has been doing well in the training program. He has started his under saddle training in the round pen and will need an experienced rider to continue his training under saddle. He is much more relaxed with new experiences if he has another horse to keep him company. Dug knows how to quietly stand tied and will pick up his feet for the farrier. Adoption fee H .
