So he just turned four on April 15th and is almost sixteen hds though I think he has still a little more growing to do. We have only had a saddle with leaning on him as we wait til they are done growing to start riding and his maturity was still pretty babyish so he's just at the time to start under saddle. Though we have a feeling he was at least sat on at the breeders. He can be ponied though on the trails he is just free and will follow, has no problem going through anything on the trail.... (read more) Had shoes on from his breeders but we do barefeet and he has great hard feet. He is easy to catch as he comes when you call and a lot of the time will follow you around. Can be a little pushy on ground as he is big, but if consistent he minds, as he's super smart and likes thinking things through. He is very active and has stamina and endurance to go, and can get bored easily. He is a big goof ball and wants to be by you. We have some balls for him that he loves playing with.
