This horse works well off the leg, has a great neck rein, or direct rein if you choose. She will ride English or Western. She is very cowy looking. Best with confident beginner or intermediate rider, because she really responds to her rider. She has a good stop. She had 2 years of reining training. She has been started on the barrels, can lope the pattern with no problem, and she loves the arena. She has never run barrels for time. I don't know how she does around cows, as that is not my thing, but it is in her blood.... (read more) She does fine on the trail, and will step out alone, but would prefer to go out with a buddy. She will lead or follow, and has been on overnight camping trips. She stands for the farrier, clipping, and bathing, and will walk right into a slant load trailer. Had teeth floated last Aug., UTD on shots including West Nile, worming, and psyllium. No health issues, and was vet checked last August. She wears shoes on all four and is on a regular schedule. New shoes last week. Has been around dogs, goats, and chickens, and is low in the pecking order. She just turned 10 in May. She is about 14.3 hands. She is the direct offspring of Teninas First, so she would make an awesome brood mare. She is an easy keeper on Bermuda and Safe Choice. Please check out her papers. If you are larger than a 16 inch saddle, please bring your own. Her price reflects my wish for a quick sale. She is easily worth double what I am asking. Right now, she has a little rubbing/dulling on her face and jaw from her fly mask that she wears all of the time.
