Annie is approx. 38-40' tall and is my second special pony. She was bought with Lucy and had been left with the cattle, though her feet were long and had not been trimmed I do not feel like she will have any lasting damage. She does need one more good trim to have her on her feet and let her settle from there. She was broke as a two year old and ridden then for the last year was in a pasture with the cows. We have saddled and I have led my daughter on her, but we haven't spent much time on her back due to her feet.... (read more) We just aren't that cruel.
She is sweet and didn't offer to buck, doesn't kick or bite. Ties great, saddles wonderful, loads nice. Not spooky, not hard to catch, though she will walk away from you. It might just be us since we have worked on her feet which caused her pain for a while. My horse shoer said he believes she will be fine. She gets along with others, and likes the dogs.
I would like a family that knows horses to get her and then slowly work her back into riding. I am not afraid she will buck and could lead a little one around until her she is back in the groove and they can ride her on their own. I have a craigs List ad with a couple more pictures, Tulsa listing, Farm and garden section, search under her name or Coweta area.
