DC Muy Little Creek - great granddaughter of Peptoboonsmal, goes back to Poco Bueno and Colonel Freckles (Look her up on allbreedpedigree)
Lil was started in the end of April and has had consistent training since. She is a phenomenal little filly! Easy to work with. She loads, bathes, clips, stands for farrier, stands tied, etc. She will catch you in the pasture, no running around trying to wrangle her when you are ready to ride! She is right at 14 hands right now, but I expect her to reach 15 hands when she is done growing and she is thick!... (read more)
Very easy going temperament, she is up to date on vaccines (Eastern and Western Equine Encephalitis, Tetanus, West Nile, Rhino, and Influenza as well as Rabies vaccinated). UTD on farrier and deworming also. I have had her wolf teeth removed and she is 100% sound!
Lil picks up her leads, stops, backs, pivots on front and hind quarters, side passes, two tracks, and counter archs. No buck, kick, rear, bite, etc. Rides off of leg pressure, so if you ride with your hands only, this is not the horse for you. For experienced rider only as she is only 2.
Lil was ridden in a parade this year and is used to dogs, tractors, 4-wheelers, etc. She is not bothered when cars drive by while out riding. She is not buddy sour or barn sour. She rides out alone or with a group just the same.
She has been used to move cattle and will go through heavy brush, mud, over logs, etc. She has been trained outside as I do not have access to an indoor arena. So she is used to wildlife jumping out of the grass/trees, and nothing really phases this gal. Does not spook easily. Was used to move and sort cattle this fall, she definitely has an eye for cattle.
I have nothing bad to say about this girl, she is great to work with and great to ride! Very smooth, quiet jog and lope.
Price will increase as soon as the snow melts and I begin working with her again!
I have many more photos, e-mail and I can get them to you!
