Beautiful black gelding. Very sweet horse. Light and responsive. Easy going, leads, loads, ties, bathes, my 9 year old rides him and she is a timid rider. He is quick becuase he's responsive but he's not fast under any circumstances. Definitely not a barrel horse. I have ridden him English and western and we have started over ground poles and low fences. Nothing over 2' yet but he is showing a lot of promise and is very scopy. Not spooky. If something does startle him he does not bolt, the most he's done is the squat and side step.... (read more) Auto Leads. Not registered and I'm not sure what he is. I know that he's not 100% quarter horse. He's built uphill with prominent withers and plenty of knee action. He would be a flashy show prospect for an intermediate to advanced rider but is also easy going enough to go on a trail ride alone or with a group. Does not kick. Low man on the totem pole. Does not require any training aids. Naturally holds his head high but will break at the pole if asked. He is not a push button horse but is very obedient. He has been my extra horse but I simply don't use him enough and it's time to give someone else a chance to enjoy him. $1800 or best offer. He is 10 years old according to his last coggins. Fantastic hooves. Easy for the farrier. Really the only reason he's for sale is because I can't bring myself to sell my other two. This guy is as easy and uncomplicated as it gets but does prefer a quiet rider over an aggressive one. The only time I've seen him act out was with a super aggressive rider who used their feet and hands heavily. He would be a really nice 4H horse.
