REDUCED!!! URGENT!!!!!! PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD BEFORE TEXTING OR CALLING!!! I have an 8-year-old, BEAUTIFUL, HUGE, 17.2 hand, sorrel TWH Stallion for sale. "Big Fred" (reg.name "Fast Freddie Favorite") comes from a long line of World Grand Champions on both sides; the most recent being his father, "The Whole Nine Yards". "Big Fred" is around 17.2 hands tall, or taller, and has never been bred. He is a career show horse. I bought him to make a trail horse out of him, but it just isn't working out.... (read more) He is a very good horse, but he just is NOT trail horse material due to the fact that he is used to being in a stall and being on pads. He's scared to cross water and mud, dogs kind of scared him at first but no longer, and the right, loud vehicle can scare him as well (normal cars and trucks passing him don't bother him). He doesn't do well on trails if there's a mare around. He will tolerate studs and geldings, but hollers and grunts at them as well. This is simply do to the fact that he just wasn't socialized that much. He is NOT hard to handle even in these situations, but he is definitely NOT for a beginner in situations like this. As long as he's being ridden alone without any other horses, or if he's leading the pack of horses, he's PERFECT. His gait needs work if he's going to go flat shod because he's used to being padded, but if you're going to put pads back on him, he'll be great (video below). He's just not what I'm looking for. I loved him from the first sight of him, but he's just not what I need him to be for what I need him to do. He's NEVER offered to buck or kick. He can basically be ridden by anyone as long as he's being ridden alone. If I have to keep him, then he will be gelded, and I don't want to rob somebody of his great bloodline (he would make a GREAT stallion for ANY breeding program). I also wanted to offer someone else the opportunity to own this GREAT stallion. For $1,200, he will come with a 16" black leather western saddle that is in EXCELLENT condition (only has a little tear in the under fleece and needs cleaning) and an 18" black leather English saddle with stirrups that's in EXCELLENT condition as well. The horse and the two saddles are priced to move at $1,200!! The horse and saddles will be sold separately if need be. The horse alone will be $900 and both saddles for $350!! He will not be shod because I don't know what the new owners may want. He was wormed in May. Please call or text Joseph at 662-609-0941..SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!..NO LOW BALLERS!!! FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!! Thanks for looking and READING!!
