I got Patch as a yearling. Dam is Quarter- Paint JB Carmel Sundae and sire is Bay Arabian Swf Espinage Bask. Patch has come a long way and filled out nicely. Extensively trained by owner-trainer. Horse whisperer technique. Lunges, knows all voice commands, gives head and feet on command. Stands for mounting, hobble trained and not spooky. No buck or bite. Comes when called, in your pocket and pasture clown. Eager to learn new things and needs a job.... (read more) Broke and has been ridden walk, trot, whoa and back by a beginner. He is sound. Started driving and has pulled us on a tire in harness and single-tree. Low man in pecking order. Will stand tied or can be worked with loose. Up to date on shots and worming. Hasn't been worked with since October due to my physical limitations. A little lunging and refresher training and he's good to go. He is a 4 personality. Strange things need a second look. He relies on trainer/rider for confidence. This is why I would suggest an intermediate rider. Goes well in Hack- a- more or snaffle. No neck rein. Contact Sherry at 509-226-3053 to come see him. I can email more pictures if you are interested. Patch is in Otis Orchards. I can provide limited training lessons for new owner, distance considered. I want $1,200 OBO. I would trade for dead-broke horse.
