1dr Mason will be 3 years old this summer. He would be a great project horse for someone. I played with him a bunch when he was a foal, but haven't done much with him since. He's not fully halter trained, but he picks up his feet, stands for his mane trimming, is unafraid of loud machinery and small creatures underfoot (goats, sheep, dogs, cats), gets along great with other horses and his overall structure is beautiful.... (read more) He would make gorgeous babies if kept a stallion, or be a looker as a gelding. He will be drafty like his dad and mom, and has the movement to compete in dressage, huntseat, eventing, driving, or would be a very nice trail horse. Since I haven't done much with him, he is a bit timid, but training would overcome this easily. I've priced him low due to his lack of training for his age, but the price does not reflect his quality.
I'm selling a bunch of my Fjords to pay for graduate school, otherwise I would be keeping Mason to finish his training. I will pay for and submit registration transfer paperwork to NFHR for his new owner, and can deliver him for $0.90 per mile round trip. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of a vet check, coggins or anything that I cannot do (I trim my horses hooves and give all vaccines).
Registered Fjords bred for family use, good movement and structural soundness
