The colt is by Lil's Lad out of the Husband mare, Funlovin. I owned and raced the mare on the East Coast in the late 90's, and she was a winner on dirt and turf with earnings of 84k. This is an ATB foal with all fees paid and is nominated to the 2013-14 Texas Stallion Stakes series. He should be useful as a racehorse prospect, but if you have no racing interest, he seems to be well suited for a variety of alternative uses. Given his pricing, you will not go wrong either way.
The colt has been in the hands of the same thoroughbred nursery since foaling. The farm manager will be available for inspections with reasonable notice.
