Additional Comments

Rickon is a Gypsy Vanner, Quarter Horse Cross stud colt that was born on our farm in April 2026. He is going to be registered as a Gypsy Vanner Cross. He is a beautiful bay and white color with one blue eye. He will be fully weaned around late October or early November 2026 so he will be ready to leave for his new home after that. He was imprinted, enjoys learning new things, and has a willing disposition. He has had his legs touched and held so he will stand good for a farrier.... (read more) Our farrier has already done 2 trims on him, and he has remarked on how well Rickon is doing for his age. He enjoys being groomed, bathed, and is learning verbal commands. The noise of the fly spray bottle and farm equipment do not bother him. We are going to start working on him being tied and loaded in the horse trailer next. He has had 2 vaccines of Eastern, Western, Encephalitis, Tetanus. and Rhino. He has also been dewormed with Ivermectin and Panacur.

We are sending off his DNA for his registration next week.
