Meet Rio – The Blue Roan Everyone Dreams About… The Horse You’ll Never Forget. Some horses are good at one job. Rio is the kind that makes you wonder if there’s anything he can’t do.... (read more) Rio is a stunning 6-year-old true blue roan gelding with a personality bigger than Texas. He’s the first one to meet you at the gate, has never met a stranger, and genuinely enjoys being around people. His kind eye, easy-going nature, and willing attitude make him the kind of horse everyone falls in love with. If you’re searching for a horse that is 100% safe, dependable, and confidence-building, Rio checks every box. He is the definition of a family-safe gelding with a calm, laid-back disposition that keeps riders relaxed whether they’re in the arena, on the trail, or out on the ranch. Kids, beginners, and experienced riders alike appreciate his forgiving nature and steady mind. Rio is far more than just a trail horse—he’s an accomplished ranch partner. He has pasture roped, doctored sick cattle, caught cattle out of thick brush, loaded trucks, and has seen countless long days of honest ranch work. Nothing rattles him, and he handles every job with the same quiet confidence. His resume doesn’t stop there. Rio has spent time in the rodeo world where he has proudly carried the American flag during grand entries, worked as a pickup horse for bronc riding, and has roped and pulled bulls from the rodeo arena. Bright lights, loud crowds, bucking horses, and chaos don’t faze him one bit. When hunting season rolls around, Rio is right at home in the mountains. He has been elk hunting in the rugged mountains of Wyoming, confidently navigating steep terrain while packing gear and taking care of his rider every step of the way. In the arena, Rio is just as impressive. He is one-hand broke, moves willingly off leg pressure, lopes perfect circles, and is soft and responsive in every maneuver. He’s also been ridden English and has proven himself to be a talented jumper, making him versatile enough to excel in nearly any discipline you choose. Whether your dream is weekend trail rides, ranch work, rodeos, hunting camp, English riding, or simply owning one of the safest horses you’ll ever throw a leg over, Rio is ready to become your partner. Opportunities to own a horse this versatile, this gentle, and this eye-catching don’t come around often. Rio isn’t just another blue roan—he’s the kind of once-in-a-lifetime gelding that creates memories for years to come. Don’t miss your chance to own the horse everyone wishes they had after it’s too late. For more info call Grace our phone number
