Striking Dutch Warmblood Cross Gelding
Flashy, Athletic, & The Ultimate "Heart Horse" Prospect

8-ish years old Bay Gelding with gorgeous chrome (tall white socks and a big star!) / Dutch Warmblood Cross

With his leggy, athletic build and commanding presence, François turns heads wherever he goes. He is a beautifully put-together gelding who is ready to bond deeply with his next rider.

François came from a bad situation where he was very badly treated, and as a result, he sometimes experiences flashbacks, so he requires an experienced, patient owner who can understand and support him through these moments.... (read more)

He thrives on connection and is specifically looking for a "single horse home" he can be your one-and-only partner. If you are looking for a loyal gelding to build a true, trusting partnership with and has tons of potential, François is your guy.

François is versatile, brave outside the ring, and developing beautifully inside it. He is fantastic on the trail and has even been out fox hunting! He has the brain and bravery to navigate the countryside, making him a phenomenal prospect for someone who loves to ride out in Virginia's hunt country or wants to move up the levels in eventing.

Over Fences: He is currently starting over 2' fences in the arena. While he is green over fences for his age, he is willing, athletic, and shows great promise as a lower-level hunter/jumper, eventer, or all-around partner.

He has been meticulously cared for is up to date on absolutely everything else and is ready to go.

This is a special horse who wants to be someone’s priority. I have too many other horses I am working with and it is limiting the connection that François and I can have. I only want the best for him; reasonable offers will be considered for the right match and home…I unfortunately had a none horse injury and will not be able to ride for the next few months…would love to find him the right home sooner than later.
