Additional Comments

Grandfield Twister aka Twister is a 13 year-old registered grey gelding. Twister is very athletic and fast, but he does not like barrels. We think he would do better all around western pleasure, or English, because he actually likes jumping. He loves going on trails. He’s very smart, yet sometimes timid, and needs a confident rider. He is not for beginners and probably not for most intermediate riders. Yes, we’ve had beginner and intermediate riders on him, but that was in a very controlled environment going very slow.... (read more) He needs clear direction and someone who is confident yet kind. He is an ex-ranch horse, and those Cowboys did not treat him correctly, so he gets overwhelmed sometimes. They raised a hand to him, but we definitely have not. So he needs someone who is confident and clear on the ground as much as when riding him. He is a beautiful, sweet horse who’s a very easy keeper and wants to please and do his job well. Please reach out for videos, we have tons!
