"Charlie" is a gorgeous black/white paint mare that is 15 hh, has great legs and feet, and is as sweet as they come. She is a "meet you at the gate" kind of gal and is always willing to be caught up and get attention. She has excellent ground manners, stands tied quietly, is good for the farrier, loves baths and grooming, and is looking to please.
Charlie stands tied quietly for saddling, has a Natural Horsemanship foundation, and is accustomed to flags, bags, tarps, dogs, tractors, etc.... (read more) She is not a spooky horse.
Charlie stands for mounting and dismounting, walks off nicely, and has a smooth trot/jog. She moves off of leg pressure, rides nicely in a snaffle or hackamore, and has a good stop. She has had 2 mule babies and was busy being a mom, but is now ready for a new life and new adventures. She rides out on trail and in the arena, is good with other horses, and is not alpha. She has had a recent 30 day tune up and is ready for you to finish her your way or enjoy cruising around with her now.
She has a willing attitude, a sweet demeanor, and is a sound/healthy mare ready for her new home.
