Here is something I can truly say I've never owned before. A registered MINI gypsy cross filly. 9'1 as of now. Born Feb'25. We have handled this mare DAILY for close to 2 months now, and she's so sweet and gentle as can be!
I have the note she came with from the auction, this filly got stepped on as a weanling. She has a big hock.
She got dumped right at the sale by her breeders. All of you people who say they will only buy off a breeder..... (read more) well not all mean well. This filly is SO gentle and sweet. She is literally as friendly as any pony I've ever owned. This little filly doesn't know it, but I'm glad I got her because she was probably faced with bouncing sale to sale because I literally heard 3 or 4 people say that she'd bring good money at XXXX sale or XXX sale this week. She was just going to be passed sale to sale
Say what you want about me, but I try. And I love babies and I love minis and ponies. I didn't want to see her bouncing sale to sale for God knows how long . Yep I paid a LOT of money for her, given certain things but she doesn't need to be passed around. My intention with this page is to help ones that need it.. this little filly NEEDS a good home/rescue/sanctuary.
She is not sound, she will not be sound, but she is pasture sound and acts like any young horse!
We had her feet trimmed but she is due again.

We buy and sell horses and ponies. There are several of us who work with all the animals and evaluate them, figure out their personalities and quirks, and let's be honest, they all have them. We are very honest about what we are selling and tell all the behaviors we have noticed while they are with us. Key words being "while they are with us." If you take them home, feed 10 gallons of grain, don't ride them and let them get away with every bad behavior possible, we can't help that when their behavior changes.
