2015 bay overo gelding, approximately 15hh.

Joey is grade, out of registered stock. His dam is "Count Me Bizzy" of AQHA and his sire is "Dignified Mister" of APHA. Due to sire ownership changes during breeding, he cannot be registered.

Joey has a great all-around foundation, but he would be better with a single focus, preferably trail riding or pushing cattle. He enjoys being out in the open and is not afraid of trail obstacles.... (read more)

He also has experience in the arena with barrels, poles, queening (carrying flags), and trail competitions. He doesn't love arena work, and he's not afraid to tell you.

I have also used him as a lesson horse for beginners, riding double, ponying barely halterbroke colts, and sorting cows from calves.

Joey loads and hauls great. He can be picky about having his back feet handled until you earn his trust. He is currently barefoot, but I would recommend shoes for rocky terrain.

Joey is an honest horse and doesn't deserve being run into the ground. He needs someone who is not afraid to tell him what to do.

Only selling because I think he'd be a better fit as a single-use horse and I am an all-around rider.
