Meet Blaze, a flashy, young, 3 year old paint gelding. Standing at 14.2 hands tall he has the size and stamina for a large range of riders and a long day of work.
This fella has seen a lot of country (pastures, forests, creeks, steep banks, and the river). Has drug a tarp and has been shot off of and doesn’t even flinch. We have moved Cows with him quite a bit and he does great working them. We even use him to chase the cows out of the pond, he will swim across the middle when asked.... (read more) He is a very enjoyable horse to ride around. He’ll ride, bareback or saddle, and rides double no problem we have even rode him with four people at a time. He’s really a country boy and handles trails brush and steep banks great. He has never bucked under saddle (even without a rider when we were starting him). He is quite energetic and alert but still has a smooth calm lope and is very soft to the bit with a nice stop and back, and is also learning the basics of foot reining.
