Charles is the ultimate trail horse. We grew up on a ranch near the west elk wilderness. He rides out alone, leads, and follows. Absolutely no behavior problems. He has never bucked, reared, or kicked. Currently, we are shuttling him back and forth to elk camp.
Charles yields to leg pressure, side passes, spins on his front and hind quarters, opens/shuts gates, loads, ties, stands awesome for the farrier, crosses water, and has been desensitized to tarps, ropes, and plastic bags.... (read more)
