Additional Comments
Lady is a beautiful horse who will excel with a confident rider. She was bought for a beginner (my husband). and as an absolute beginner he needs more whoa and less go. She is a joy for me to ride as her gaits are smooth as silk. She is just too much horse for a beginner, needs a confident intermediate level rider. He simply does not have the time to ride her more than a few times a month and she loves to go. She is currently receiving excellent softness training, how to yield fore quarters, hind quarters, one rein stop and flex her body.... (read more) She is very smart, learning quickly and is willing with a sensitive and soft touch. She is now moving in a desired direction.
She knows Walk, Trot, Canter and "Ho" by voice. She loves to be groomed. She is UTD on vaccinations and dental work, is being shod again this week. She is good for the farrier, good for the vet, loads and unloads quietly. Quiet for saddling and spraying. She loves to work, wants to go and likes having a job. Her previous owners used her primarily for a brood mare but the husband did rope and move cows on her at least once that I know of. We are only selling her because we are set up for 4 horses and I have two retired horses and my gelding I bought last year when I retired my saddlehorse and she needs a confident rider. So if your interested in trail riding, endurance, moving cows or ranch work with a lot of ground to cover without feeling like you've been in the saddle all day she may be a perfect match. We are asking the 13,000.00 that we paid for her, OBO.
