Rita is a quiet, kind, & versatile mare looking for her next partner. She is turned out in a mixed herd along with a few cows. She is easy to catch & handle on the ground with no vices. Good for vet/farrier & ties/loads/bathes. She is currently wearing front shoes & is sound with no known injuries or maintenance. Undersaddle, Rita rides both English & western with no buck/bolt/spook/rear.... (read more) She stands quietly to be mounted from the ground or block. She is more woah than go and has an easy w/t/c in or out of the arena. She is started over fences & is honest to the jump. She gets her changes both directions. Rita also has experience working cows & is used to dogs. Rita would make an excellent step up horse for a kid coming off a pony, foxhunter, hunter/Jumper, or safe trail mount.
