“Rowan” is a 4 year old Belgian/QH gelding standing 15.3 hands high. This guy loves attention and stands to be groomed, stands for the farrier and is barefoot and does not require shoes. He stands to be pampered, tacked, stands for mounting and is super easy to catch in a large field and does not require any maintenance. Rowan is turned out with a mixed herd 24/7 and is the low man on the totem pole.
Under saddle, Rowan is more woah than go and prefers to take it easy.... (read more) He has mostly trail riding miles under his belt and he’s a total dream! Rowan crosses bridges, water, ravines, mud etc and is good with all of the wildlife you see out and about. This guy is great with his feet and keeps an eye on where he steps. Rowan picks up all three gaits but prefers to take it slow. He doesn’t have a fast bone in his body. He is ridden around the farm by children and he is truly a doll baby with not a care in the world. Rowan has no spook, buck, bolt, rear or any other nasty habits. He will hack out alone or in a group and is happy to lead, follow or ride in the middle. This guy would make a great addition to nearly any family!
