Valentine is a beautifully put together Red Roan Quarter Horse mare who is 6 years old and stands a stocky 15hh. She has perfect ground manners and respects your space well. Valentine has been ridden wtc in the arena, out on the trails, down the road, through open fields and her absolute favorite thing is swimming in the river! She is a responsive horse with a soft mouth and an incredibly smooth jog!! She is an absolute delight to jog around bareback as she is as smooth as silk to ride.... (read more) She will easily pick up both canter transitions and has solid breaks. Val has been trailered out to dozens of parks for all day rides and overnight camping trips. She is not a dead head horse and does require an experienced, knowledgeable rider. She’s a talented horse with loads of potential - she just needs someone with time and experience to finish her out. She would certainly excel as western pleasure mount or as a barrel or speed prospect given her ultra smooth gaits, willingness & agility.
