Full on-site lease. Lessee must be an experienced rider and commit to a minimum of 1–2 lessons per week with a trainer.
Only the lessee may ride. No outside guest riders.
Flat monthly fee of $700/month. This covers 100% of his full board, feed, and standard farrier and vet costs. No upfront annual lease fee required.
