Kahlua is a grade 4 year old flaxen chestnut Mare. DNA tested matching AQHA but no papers. Has been in training with a Downunder Horsemanship Method Ambassador for the last two years. She is low maintenance but does need at least front shoes as she’s sensitive on rocky or rough terrain. Great for the farrier and vet, crossties, trailers, LOVES baths and attention. She will greet you at the gate and want the attention all day. She’s not marish at all, but can get jealous if the attention is on a nearby horse (nothing bad!... (read more) She just is selfish haha!) Confident walk trot canter, has a lovely natural long and low headset. Stops off your seat, backs up, lunges, turns on haunches and forehand - very well mannered. She is everyone’s favorite to see and work with. Take her any direction - barrels, breakaway, trail, possibly fox hunting or western dressage. Kahlua has a great foundation, so leave her untouched and bring her back as you left her - maybe just with a little extra energy/excitement as she loves to work.
