Bred and raised by Herman Slone Jr. in Mississippi, Bella is balanced, correct, and built exactly how a reined cow horse should be. She has approximately 80 rides and has been started slowly and correctly. She walks, trots, lopes, turns, stops, and backs exactly as a spring two-year-old should.
She is currently home with my husband, Antonio, getting real ranch experience gathering cattle, pairing out cows and calves, checking fences and water, working gates, and riding outside. She has been exposed to ropes, paddles, flags, hydraulics, cattle, and dogs but has not been roped on. We don't rope our two-year-olds because we prioritize long-term mental and physical development.
Bella has never offered to buck or rear. Because of her age, sensitivity, and athleticism, she is best suited for an experienced rider, trainer, or performance program.
She is easy to catch, stands tied, loads, hauls, stalls,, bathes, and is excellent for the veterinarian and farrier. She is sound, barefoot, structurally correct, requires no maintenance, and has no bad habits.
Bella is up to date on Coggins, vaccinations, deworming, dental work, and routine care.
