This is Woodrow, or “Woody” for short. He was born friendly (and spicy) and has a personality taller than his ears. This little guy runs and plays so hard and is very independent, with a tiny toy-like face and plush foal hair, he is a pint-sized puppy-donk. He loves attention and he will come right up for scratches and hugs.

Woody’s dam stands 33” tall, she is a dark russet brown with extreme light points. His sire is a spotted Wooly who stands 34” tall.... (read more) I expect woody to mature to somewhere in that range for height. Woody comes from my best producing Jenny and I personally think he is put together nicely.

Woody’s ideal home would have another donkey companion for him or at the very least, mini horse, as donkeys do not do well alone. He will be halter broke, have his first hoof trim, age appropriate vaccines, and be examined by a veterinarian before he goes to his new home. I do offer a money back incentive for someone who would have him gelded. He will be available after he is weaned at about 5 months old (October/November). A deposit and contract will hold him.

I have a small herd of mini donkeys and raise just a couple foals each year. This allows me to spend ample time getting to know each one and put in the foundational training.

Little Long Ears Farm is located in Wayne County Ohio. We host a small herd of both registered (ADMS) and unregistered miniature donkeys. I raise just a couple of foals a year, and devote lots of time into their foundational training.
