Reinse (Ren-sa) is a striking black and white tobiano Barock Pinto colt with personality as big as his size! He is full of personality and curiosity and will no doubt be the resident ham of the barn. Reinse sports a floaty trot and a ground covering uphill canter. We would love to see him in a Dressage home, but he could go in any direction. This colt will have some height and some bone to him with an EMH of 16.2hh. He is pending color testing for homozygous tobiano (TT) and Red Carrier (Ee) but his coat is black with at least one copy of tobiano (this is for breeding purposes, should be go that route). Reinse has started on halter breaking and loading in the trailer. He will have his feet trimmed/rasped a couple of times before he leaves at weaning and will be ready to travel in October. He will also be inspected by the dutch judges in September. Reinse is papered with Braock Pinto Studbook and is eligible for many other registries such as Friesian Heritage Horse (FHH) or Friesian Sporthorse Association (FSA).
About the Parents:
Izaak BP115 needs little introduction to those familiar with the Barock Pinto World. Izaak was born and raised in the USA and recently achieved the highly respected accomplishment of becoming a fully approved Barock Pinto Studbook Stallion, which is something we would expect as a direct son of the famous BP foundation stallion Bizkit. Bizkit himself holds 9 World Grand Championships and 27 Regional Championships, with victories across various ridden disciplines and a Sport Horse In Hand title. Izaak is following closely in his dad's shoes with being undefeated in hand in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022, and having a solid driving career before transitioning to under saddle. Izaak's dams lineage includes some of the Friesian greats, such as Jakob 302 and Tjimme 275. With a pedigree packed with accomplishments, Izaaks offspring are destined for greatness.
Reinse's dam, Hy-Color Rain Onne "Prada" achieved a First Premium Ster at the Barock Pinto Inspection in 2025 and took home Champion Mare. She was also narrowly beat by her daughter, taking home Reserve Champion Of The Day. Prada spent her early years being ridden in dressage, western and trails. Though she was never shown due to her previous owners priorities, she proved to be a safe, reliable and fancy pleasure mount. We welcomed Prada to our pastures in 2023 and have continued pleasure riding her since. Prada comes from exceptional bloodlines including Onne 376 and Jillis 301 on her sires side and two of the most famous pinto Warmblood stallions, Rainbow AND Art Deco, on her dams side!
This girl is the sweetest mare you will ever meet and is the self designated pasture “Aunty” to all the babies. Prada has been affectionately named our "Sweet Angel Baby Princess who can do no wrong" due to her soft spoken and angelic nature. Its safe to say we may have a favorite ?
In 2025, Prada had an exceptional First Premium filly by Emiel BP57 Top Sport who achieved outstanding scores and took home Champion Filly and Champion Of The Day at the Barock Pinto Inspection. Prada, previous to our ownership, had one BPS foal who boasted exceptional confirmation and was sold to Alaska as a weanling. The half sister yearling was retained and is on site for viewing. We have many photos of her, Izaak and Prada available to interested parties.
We can provide help with shipping worldwide and are very familiar with cross border requirements to USA. No quarantine or tariffs apply and horses only need a coggins and health certificate to cross. There is no charge to keep Reinse here until weaning.
