Standing a towering 17.3½hh, this 5-year-old gelding by Uncle Mo sold for $450,000 as a yearling and retired sound after a short racing career.... (read more) He simply wasn't built for the track—he's all leg and covers ground effortlessly.
What makes him special is his brain. His first ride after coming off the track was bareback in a halter, quietly walk, trot, and cantering around the farm without batting an eye. He's the definition of "warmblood brain in a Thoroughbred body"—sensible, willing, and genuinely enjoyable to ride
Uno has an exceptional, easy-to-sit trot, an uphill canter, and a huge stride that eats up ground. He was purchased with the intention of developing into a 3* event horse, but a change in plans forces his sale.

On the ground, he's an absolute sweetheart. He'll drop his head for bridling, stands quietly for deworming and medications, and loves attention. No vices, no drama, and a pleasure to have in the barn.
Currently sound and in training with less than 10 post track rides. A couple years ago he sustained a minor sesamoid fracture that required no surgery. He was turned out, returned to full training, and raced successfully through April 2026 with no issues. Buyer is welcome and encouraged to complete a PPE.
