I have just been extremely busy with life, and he has mostly been sitting for the past two years with only a handful of rides here and there. With a little tune-up, conditioning, and consistent riding, he has the potential to become beginner-friendly. As he is right now, he is best suited for a confident intermediate rider or above.

He stands 15.3 hands and does need muscle built back up, but he is an easy keeper and has a great foundation.... (read more) He has been extensively used on trails his entire life, including time in the Bob Marshall, and has plenty of real trail experience.

He is the kind of horse you can lunge once or twice, and he understands it is time to work. I have had my children on him, ages 12 and 4, and he has never bucked or reared.

He has the experience, mind, and athleticism to continue as a light/Moderate trail horse. He is sensible, willing, and honest — not a problem horse, just one who needs someone confident, consistent, and experienced enough to bring him back into a regular routine.
