Meet Dallas — a sharp looking 3-year-old black and white miniature gelding standing 36 inches tall with all the training, personality, and versatility to make an incredible family pony. With his flashy markings, quiet attitude, and solid foundation, Dallas is the kind of pony that is easy to enjoy every single day.

Dallas is very well broke to both ride and drive and has already seen and done far more than many ponies twice his age.... (read more) He has been thoroughly desensitized to tarps, jugs, balls, and all kinds of commotion around the farm, giving him the kind of steady, dependable mindset families appreciate.

While Dallas does not have formal arena riding experience, he has spent plenty of time being ridden around the farm by small children. He is happy to quietly tote the kids around wherever they want to go and has proven himself to be a safe, willing little pony that genuinely enjoys attention and interaction.

In harness, Dallas is equally enjoyable. He has been driven out on the trails, down back roads, and along main roads with absolutely no issues. He is traffic safe and handles passing trucks, bicycles, and everyday road traffic confidently and quietly. Dallas stands nicely to be harnessed, hitched, and unhitched and is easy to manage both in and out of the cart.

This is the kind of pony the entire family can enjoy. The adults will have fun hitching him up for a drive while the kids will love riding and playing with him around the farm. Dallas has the kind, easy-going personality that makes him fit naturally into family life.

To make him even more fun, Dallas also knows some tricks and will lay down and sit on the bean bag — just like all of our ponies learn here at Twilight Farms.
