It breaks my heart to write this, but due to a recent car accident, I can no longer ride. Preacher is too talented, too sweet, and at just 8 years old, far too young to sit in a field as a pasture ornament.

​Preacher is a September 2017 registered Rocky Mountain Horse gelding standing a stout 15.2hh. He has a true "1 out of 10" temperament—he is incredibly calm, gentle, and absolutely loves people (a trait stemming from being orphaned as a foal).... (read more) He's the Kiefer husband horse and gorgeous to boot. Great with dogs and cows as well.

If you love to travel and explore, this is your guy. He has extensive trail experience and stays across North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. He is barefoot with incredibly strong, solid feet, and he is absolutely PERFECT for the farrier—no holding or fussing needed whatsoever.

​Our local trails connect right behind the barn, so he hasn't had to trailer extensively lately. Because of that, he needs a patient hand when loading, but with ONLY 10 minutes and some quiet reassurance, he walks right on.

​In the pasture, he prefers human interaction but will immediately take to and do best with calm, older herd mates. He is current on everything, with a negative Coggins and a health certificate in hand, making him ready for out-of-state travel.
