RIP, 7-year-old, 15 hand Registered Tennessee Walking Horse gelding, located in Beattyville, Kentucky. RIP is a registered Tennessee Walking Horse gelding suited for riders looking for a smooth, dependable, and well-trained trail partner.... (read more) He is a striking metallic blue roan with a silky black mane and tail, a stout build, and a naturally smooth gait. RIP has extensive trail experience and confidently handles rough terrain, overnight camping trips, and a variety of riding environments. He rides well alone or in a group and is comfortable anywhere in the pack. He is traffic safe, good with dogs, and has been exposed to machinery and everyday activity. He side passes to the mounting block, works off leg cues, opens and closes gates, neck reins, spins correctly, and has a smooth lope. RIP also pulls a cart and has experience helping pony young colts and dragging the arena. On the ground, he is easy to catch, stands quietly for saddling, bridling, mounting, loading, and farrier work, and gets along well with other horses.
