'Manny' has a muscular upright build, a beautiful thick arched neck, exceptional conformation, flashy markings, heavy feathering and a kind eye. He is super sweet and smart and loves people and attention. He should reach 16.1hh. He would excel in dressage, western dressage, driving, trail riding, eventing, jumping, or any discipline of choice. With his amazing qualities he would make a fantastic stallion and show prospect. If left intact, he can produce IDHA Foundation Drum foals with purebred gypsy mares, and/or F1 Drum foals with purebred clydesdale or shire mares. He is in great health and in weekly professional training/handling. Their involvement with Gypsy Vanner & Drum Horses began in 2005 when they purchased their first pair of Shire mares that were the foundation of their breeding program. The focus of Chestnut Oak's breeding program is to produce Gypsy Vanner & Drum foals with correct conformation, easy to work with temperaments, and top notch movement so they will be able to compete in the show ring and be your best friend. Showing how versatile these horses can be and laying a great foundation for the future of the Gypsy & Drum Horse has always been one of their goals. Chestnut Oak enjoys attending local open and regional shows, fairs, horse camps, parades, and the PA Horse Expo while educating the public about these rare breeds. Finding a great home and good match is a top priority for the Rager's as well as making sure each baby is worked with and well handled from the start so their new owner will be able to enjoy them as much as they do.
