In the ring, Blaze is straightforward and easy. He has three smooth and comfortable gaits, great brakes, and picks up both leads easily. He is broke very well both English and Western. Under English tack, he will ride round in the bridle or happily cruise on a loose rein. Under Western tack, Blaze has a great neck rein, spin, nice big stop, and lopes off easily. He is an absolute blast! He is brave, honest, and truly enjoys being used.

On the trails, Blaze is a solid citizen. The kids take him out bareback in a halter and ride all over the farm. He will swim, cross streams, ride into town, and is safe in traffic. He doesn’t blink an eye at a thing.

In the barn, Blaze is a favorite! He is very used to kids, dogs, and other animals running all about. He’s a good boy for all the usual barn tasks and is a total pleasure to have around. Super easy to catch, great stall members and He’s an easy keeper with no maintenance or vices.
