Regal stands 16.1 hands and is the perfect combination of draft bone and substance while being light on his feet and elegant in everything he does. He is broke English, Western, and to Drive. He already has more life experience than most double his age and you would think he was born trained as quiet and good minded as he.
Regal has flawless movement with 100% natural collection. He has a beautiful little jog, a floating extended trot and a collected lope that he picks up from a stand still with a simple kiss. He is a high caliber English prospect and has been started over fences which he goes over with ease. He would make an amazing fox hunter and is also fancy enough to go to the show ring.
Regal is a blast out on the trails and is as spook proof as we have found them. He will go anywhere and over anything. He is sure footed and exudes a confidence that naturally transfers to his rider. He will go out alone or hang with a group and has no issue splitting off and leaving other horses.
Regal has been used out on the ranch and knows a days work. He has been used to rope and doctor off of and is extremely handy. He will pull anything. We have roped the sled and just about anything we can throw a rope at off of him. He is used to the chaos of our family, ranch, kids, pets, etc. Nothing gets him excited or overwhelmed. He is the same level headed, well trained gelding 110% of the time.
Regal is user friendly and uncomplicated to ride. He is safe for anyone. He has never offered any funny business. Have I mentioned how much we love this guy?
